Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms apply to use of matlewave.com and purchases from Matlewave, operated by Hengshui Boman Network Technology Co., Ltd..

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact and order information, keep account access secure and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person's information.

Product information and images

Our collection focuses on creative ambient lighting. Product images are AI-generated design visualizations, rather than independently verified photographs of supplied physical units. Background furniture, accessories and styling props are not included. Screens and lighting can affect perceived colors. Do not infer dimensions, materials, included accessories, voltage, charging method, battery life, dimming, waterproofing or certification from an image. Ask us to confirm any unlisted detail before ordering.

Prices, payment and orders

Store prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. You are responsible for reviewing the order and payment amount before submitting it. An automatic receipt confirms that an order has been received; we may contact you if a material listing error, payment problem, availability issue or suspected misuse prevents fulfillment.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unavailable part or cancelled order. We will not substitute a materially different item or impose an undisclosed additional charge without your agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains service areas, costs and separate processing and transit estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless explicitly agreed. Email us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; requests may not be possible after preparation or dispatch. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day return-request window, instructions, costs and refund process.

Safe placement and use

Follow the instructions supplied with the product, including any electrical, charging and placement requirements. Check the product's marked rating and compatible supply before connecting it. Do not use an electrical item with damaged wiring, near water unless expressly rated for that environment, or covered by fabrics. Switch off and disconnect as directed before care. Decorative lighting is not a substitute for appropriate task or emergency lighting.

Content and third parties

Matlewave's original site text and visual branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission. Linked third-party websites and payment or delivery services operate under their own terms. We do not control their independent websites.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and choices. Order and support communications use the details you provide. Contact us if your order contact information changes.

Service changes and responsibility

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the website. We seek to keep information accurate and will correct identified material errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any otherwise permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to you, disputes may be submitted to a competent court at the company's location. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates and contact

Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law; rights relating to an existing order are not retroactively removed.
