Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026. This policy explains how Matlewave, operated by Hengshui Boman Network Technology Co., Ltd., handles personal information when you visit matlewave.com, shop or contact us.
Who is responsible
Hengshui Boman Network Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the store's handling of your personal information. Contact service@matlewave.com or write to 2nd Floor, No. 110, North Section of Jinghang Avenue, Xinkai District, Gucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China.
Information and sources
We receive information directly from you when you place an order, use a contact form, create an account or subscribe. This can include your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order contents and support correspondence. Payment providers process payment details; do not send full card details through our contact form or email.
Our storefront and service providers can also collect device, browser, IP address, cookie, session and usage information, including pages viewed and interactions with the store. We receive order, transaction, delivery and fraud-related information from Shopify, payment services and delivery providers as needed to operate the store.

Sharing and service providers
We share information necessary for these purposes with Shopify, payment providers, delivery services and providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics and store operations. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not publish customer information as part of our product content.
Shopify's role
Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide and improve its services. Some Shopify processing is governed by Shopify's own notices. Read Shopify's consumer privacy policy and visit Shopify's privacy portal for information and applicable requests relating to Shopify's processing.
Cookies, analytics and marketing choices
Cookies and similar tools support essential storefront functions, preferences, security and, where used and permitted, analytics or marketing. Use the storefront privacy controls when available to manage optional choices. You can also manage browser cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect the cart or account functions. We do not claim that a particular advertising platform or pixel is installed unless that configuration is confirmed.

Retention and international processing
We retain information as needed for orders, support, account management, legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution and security, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Retention depends on the information and applicable obligations. Our company is in China and Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries. Applicable safeguards are used where required by law.
Security and children
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The store is intended for adults making purchases, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact us.
Your rights, requests and complaints
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Email service@matlewave.com with your request. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent's authority before responding. Do not email unnecessary identity documents or payment details. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected right.
If you disagree with our response, reply to request review. You may also complain to a competent privacy regulator where applicable. Third-party websites linked from the store have their own practices.
Updates
We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. The revised effective date will appear here, and additional notice will be given when required.
